Yes. To begin any project, we require a retainer between $300–$500, depending on the estimated scope of work. The retainer allows us to begin immediately and ensures your project remains a priority.

When the retainer is close to being used, we simply establish a new retainer before continuing. This eliminates the need for traditional billing or surprise invoices.

Any unused portion of your retainer is refunded at the conclusion of service.

All work is billed at $100 per hour, with time tracked in 15-minute increments against your retainer. Flat-rate packages are also available for common services like financial disclosure prep or evidence organization.

Most projects are completed within 3–7 business days, depending on complexity and client response times. Rush options are available for urgent cases.

Yes. We often coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure our packets meet their internal requirements and preferred formatting. Many family law firms refer their clients directly to us.

Once your packet is complete, we provide your organized documents digitally (and printed, if requested). Any unused retainer balance is refunded within 3 business days after project closure.
